Poorly executed.
I prefer any of those to being unclear. If you're wrong, you can be corrected. If you're incomplete, you can finish. If you've executed poorly, you can learn from your mistake. In short, with any of those problems, you can be helped.
If you are unclear, however, you have nothing to improve because you can't be sure of what you have in the first place. Those who would help can't understand. Those who would correct are unsure of what's wrong. Those who would finish, don't know what to do.
Are you afraid of being wrong? Are you afraid that there's more to do? Are you afraid that you aren't good enough? Start with being clear and everything else will fall into place.
